Cashel Square Development Stage 1 and 2
Predominantly a series of Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems with ducted fan coil units to serve the four floors of commercial office space. Fresh air is introduced and extracted from the building via heat recovery wheels mounted in several large air handling units on the roof.
The ground floors are retail tenants, typically served via split system air conditioning units.
