Full Time Administration Assistant position.
AMT Mechanical Services & AMT Maintenance Services are locally owned companies based in Wigram, Christchurch that provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Servicing and Mechanical Services Installation solutions to our large client base of commercial customers across the South Island region.
We require an energetic, organised individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant.
The position is a full time role based at our Wigram office.
In this role you will take responsibility for:
· Standard administration duties i.e reception duties, emails, filing, data entry etc.
· Administration support for our maintenance portfolio including invoicing, scheduling jobs, compiling of inspection sheets and assisting the Operations Manager.
· Health and Safety duties
· General support for Director and Management Team
· With potential to support the accounts team with accounts payable and receivable.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Be familiar with Microsoft Office and experience with Xero and Simpro would be advantageous
· Great communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detail resulting in accurate work.
· Previous office work is preferred but not essential
· A cheerful, approachable attitude and a good sense of humour is a must!
